How's this for a pinup? A lovely faux Hawaiian maiden plays her ukulele in the moonlight while the volcano betrays its dormant state with a faint moonlit smoke feather. Yes, everything's calm on the home front, although the ghostly image of a surfer seems to stretch his arms out in a gesture of warning. For tranquility's sake, let's assume that it's more in victory. Indeed, with a surf this calm it's a wonder he's standing up. Now you know why we love Hawaiiana: it's so disarmingly inconsequent.
