Or, if Airports and Air Travel is no longer your idea of fun, choose instead two favorite islands and travel around them at your leisure, staying 2 or 3 days here and there. It’s amazing how much there is to do and see. Wake up to the sound of the waves, to birds singing at a country cottage or the quiet of the mountain forest. Instead of staying at resorts, why not live a while in a historical town, or on the edge of a cliff, or in the rain forest, or even in the jungle, and make friends with people who are so lucky as to live in Hawaii.

Then, if nature and solitude becomes too much of a good thing, you can still mingle with fellow travelers at night clubs and pool bars. Just ask, we know some fun places.

To fully enjoy your accommodations and get the feeling of the islands we strongly recommend spending at least 5 days on each island, and on the Big Island even 5 -7 days.
