BE BACK HAWAII can book many activities in advance for you.
All-day sightseeing Tours by tour-bus or more private tours with a mini-bus are best arranged as early as possible. Day trips to the outer island by air and bus are a perfect way to get an overview of an Island you might want to visit next time.
Information on helicopter rides or sightseeing by small plane can be send to you in advance and should be booked early.

David can help you select a vendor, a sometimes difficult choice considering the confusing number of options.

To mention a few:
Some of our favorites are kayaking Hanalei River in Kauai KAYAK KAUAI,
or for a famous LUAU ON KAUAI join the fun at the Coconut Beach Hotel.
A boat ride or Helicopter along Kauai's NAPALI COAST is a must do.
Whale watching or fishing on Molokai with CAPTAIN MIKE OCEAN FUN
and of course you should not miss the mule ride to KALAUPAPA PENINSULA, the historic Hansen disease place . A day you will remember for it’s beauty of nature and painful history.
Eco Hiking in Oahu in the mountains or the shore with MAUKA MAKAI TOURS - you will learn a lot!
Sailing on the MAI TAI Catamaran for a fun day- or sunset sail off Waikiki.
Maybe a SWIM WITH THE DOLPHINS in the ocean off Makaha / Oahu?
A lunch or dinner cruise or a winter whale watch on PARADISE CRUISES
For the entire family it is fun and educational to spend a day on Oahu at the POLYNESIAN CULTURE CENTER and to stay for the unforgettable POLYNESIAN SHOW and LUAU in the evening.
To see a Show and experience a Luau on Maui we would send you to OLD LAHAINA LUAU OR THE FEAST AT LELE - they call it the most fabulous cooking on Maui
SAILING TO LANAI from Lahaina , SNORKEL TOURS to Molokini Island, PARASAILING - you name it - in Maui you can probably do it!
For stargazing or bird watching on the Big Island we recommend HAWAII FOREST &TRAIL
Also FLUMING THE DITCH on the North Kohala Coast of Big Island is a fun outing for the whole family.
FISHING is famous on Big Island - catch that big one , or just DIVE and look at it. The Kona Waters are sensational. Very popular is also the NIGHT DIVE with MANTA RAYS of Kailua Kona.
Of course , The BLUE HAWAII HELICOPTER ride along the Big Islands spectacular northern coast of valleys and waterfalls and naturally the circle of fire tour above the active volcano.
So many options (WE HAVE PLENTY MORE) - let us help make the right choice!

RESTAURANTS:
If your vacation in Hawaii is a special occasion worth celebrating we would be happy to recommend one or several of our great island restaurants which are sure to make your taste buds come alive and the evening most memorable.
My personal favorite on Oahu is INDIGO Restaurant on Nuuanu Ave
on Maui MAMAS FISH HOUSE HOUSE in Paia
on Kauai POSTCARDS RESTAURANT in Hanalei
on Big Island KEE’I CAFE in Captain Cook area or OODLES OF NOODLES in Kailua Kona - on the Hilo side I like CAFE PESTO in Old town, or in Volcano everybody loves the cozy KILAUEA LODGE
Hawaii has so many regional cooking styles, some you might never even have tried. They are often showcased in local food festivals from Okinawan to Greek. But they are also found as little neighborhood Restaurants. Don’t just try the hotel Restaurants - Ask your Host for their favorites and tell them that you are willing to try something new!

TIP:
All of the islands have lots of free or inexpensive activities and amongst those the BOTANICAL GARDENS in Hawaii are incredible. Many can be found on most islands and these lush oasises are perfect for travelers who can’t go on mountain hikes. Ask us about it and we send you a brochure for some of these. But if you see a Botanical Garden sign along the road, drop in - you can’t go wrong. Rare trees and beautiful flowers, exotic fruit in a safe setting. Some of these botanical gardens (like the one in Kaneohe/Oahu) are big enough to drive a car through - or rent bikes and get some exercise.
Get the LOCAL PAPERS and on Oahu check the TGIF Friday section for what is happening the week you are here . Concerts in the park, Hula shows on Waikiki Beach , fireworks every Friday at Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hula, sunset Movies on the Beach on certain weekends - all of these are FREE!!! Often there are often cultural parades. These are things that make your vacation special - mix with the “locals” and have fun - these great local events happen all the time on all islands.
Don't miss 2 MUSEUMS, Bishop Museum to inform yourself about Hawaii's colorful History and for Art and a place to enjoy a quite afternoon the ACADEMY OF ART on Beretania. The beautiful courtyards are a photo opportunity , a place to read or spend a quiet day in the shade. I love that place. And - they serve a wonderful lunch on weekdays.
Hiking is the best on Hawaii - no snakes - no fear! But do bring a cell phone if you can. People get lost, hurt or surprised by bad weather. Tell your Host where you are going and when you expect to get back. Get a good hiking book and do not hike alone. Ask us which hikes you should do. So much to do - so little time.

DON’T OVER-PLAN YOUR VACATION DAYS BUT INFORM YOURSELF IN ADVANCE. CHOOSE AND RESERVE A FEW ACTIVITIES THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS OUT ON AND LEAVE SOME THINGS OPEN FOR JUST THAT PERFECT MOMENT TO DO IT!
LUAUS, HELICOPTER RIDES AND CERTAIN ACTIVITIES WITH LIMITED SPACE SHOULD BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE SPACE - OTHERS CAN BE DONE LAST MINUTE WHILE YOU ARE ON ISLANDS.
GUIDED HIKES ARE A GREAT WAY TO GET THE SCOOP ON HAWAII, LET THEM TEACH YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU SEE, OR DON’T SEE FOR THAT MATTER. YOUR GUIDE CAN POINT OUT THINGS THAT YOU WOULD MISS, TELL YOU A NAME OF A BIRD, A PLANT'S HISTORY, HOW RARE IT MIGHT BE.
THERE IS NO FEE TO BOOK THROUGH BE BACK HAWAII - PLEASE CALL US TO RESERVE
For a calendar of events for all Hawaiian islands, visit the official Hawaii Visitor web site.
